Culinary Artist
Chef Fredi Morf, Wake Technical Community College, creates an art inspired dinner menu. Reservations encouraged.
A native of Switzerland, Fredi Morf trained and worked in Zurich and Zermatt before coming to the Grove Park Inn in Asheville in 1981. Since 1986, Chef Morf has been an instructor at Wake Technical Community College, teaching in the Culinary Technology program. He is an active member of The American Culinary Federation Triangle Chefs' Association and The National Ice Carving Association.
